Job Description

Are you a Site/Contracts Manager with small works/insurance remediation experience? Looking for an opportunity to join a growing business?

First Task Professional are currently recruiting for a fast-expanding business to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their management team and oversee various small works/insurance repair projects.

The successful candidate would be required to have oversight on up to 6 projects concurrently ranging in value from £50k – £250k throughout Central Scotland. Projects would be grouped together regionally as far as possible.

The Contracts Manager must be comfortable reading drawings, driving progress across multiple trades and ensuring quality compliance. Effective time management, communication and organisational skills are essential.

With salaries from £47k – £50k + company van/car allowance, a strong pipeline of work and a friendly/hard-working team now is a fantastic time to join this business.
