Electrical Package Manager

We’re working with a well-established international contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. They are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a live project in Finland.
This is a hands-on site role suited to someone who has delivered complex electrical packages on large-scale projects and is comfortable taking ownership from coordination through to commissioning.
The role
You will be responsible for the full electrical package, working closely with the project team to ensure delivery is on programme, within budget and to the required standards.
Key duties include
Managing the electrical package from design coordination through to installation, testing and commissioning
Coordinating subcontractors and managing day-to-day site activity
Maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality and compliance
Working alongside the Project Manager, consultants and client team to drive programme
Monitoring progress, labour levels and key milestones on site
Managing package costs including variations, procurement and reporting
Overseeing QA, snagging and handover
Requirements
Proven experience in an Electrical Package Manager or Senior Electrical role
Background working on data centres, life sciences or other large MEP-heavy projects
Strong experience managing subcontractors and site delivery
Good understanding of commissioning, QA and project close-out
Comfortable dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
