Electrical Supervisor

We’re working with a leading international contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe. They are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a live project in Finland.
This is a site-based role suited to someone who is confident managing day-to-day electrical activities, coordinating trades and driving quality on a fast-paced project.
The role
You will be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, ensuring delivery is aligned with programme, safety standards and quality expectations.
Key duties include
Coordinating site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors
Preparing and managing short-term lookahead programmes in line with the overall project schedule
Attending daily and weekly site meetings
Managing labour on site to ensure works are delivered in line with programme
Monitoring subcontractor performance and productivity
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Ensuring materials and plant delivered to site meet specifications and are stored correctly
Checking subcontractor equipment and access systems are certified and safe to use
Identifying and reporting variations, risks and delays to the project team
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar site-based role
Background working on data centres, commercial, industrial or large MEP projects
Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities
Good understanding of health and safety, QA and site delivery
Able to read drawings and manage works against programme
Confident communicator on site and in meetings
