We’re working with a leading international contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe. They are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major hyperscale project in Finland.
This is a site-based role suited to someone confident managing day-to-day mechanical activities, coordinating trades, and driving quality on a fast-paced project.
The role
You will be responsible for supervising mechanical works on site, ensuring delivery is aligned with programme, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities include
Leading weekly toolbox talks to maintain strong safety and communication standards
Preparing weekly progress reports, highlighting key achievements and challenges
Coordinating site activities with other trades to ensure smooth delivery
Developing and managing two-week lookahead programmes
Ensuring labour is planned and aligned with project schedules
Maintaining high standards of quality across all mechanical works
Driving subcontractor performance and productivity
Communicating any variations or delays to senior management
What they’re looking for
Experience supervising mechanical works on large-scale construction projects, data centre experience highly desirable
Strong understanding of site coordination, programme, and quality control
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
Good communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
