Job Description

First Task Professional are delighted to be working with a regional building contractor with a growing presence in the Scottish construction market to source an up and coming Project Manager. 

Here’s the details, without any of the fluff!

  • Opportunity for a Senior Site Manager ready to step up or a PM that has delivered projects circa £5m – £10m. 
  • Any experience in Industrial, Leisure, Automotive sectors would be advantageous. 
  • Work is generally across central belt but can be further North / South or coastal as required. 
  • This contractor have developed a great reputation for fostering great partnerships with supply chain partners and do genuinely believe in a collaborative, team approach on projects with all stakeholders (no subby bashing here!)
  • Working with a great leadership team that make working for the company fun, exciting and highly rewarding.
  • Experience in running your own projects or a good commercial and program acumen are important factors when we are considering candidates.
