Job Description

First Task is working with a well established Tier One Main Contractor to source an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their team.  This business has worked on numerous prestigious projects throughout the UK and in line with recent job wins and continued growth, need a Senior QS to lead, coordinate and support the wider business on all projects (typical value is between £10-50m). This will include being heavily involved with pre-construction on new projects, and when required, lead and delivery your own projects.Project in the pipeline include Education, Residential and Industrial.

The ideal candidate will come from a main contracting background and have been the project lead on a number of projects of a similar size and nature. You will have worked under a variety of forms of Contract (particularly 2 stage tenders) and will be able to demonstrate a proven record of delivering projects with commercial success.
