Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an established Senior Site Manager or a Site Manager ready to take the step up in their career on a major new build project in Glasgow. 

This role will initially involve supporting a flagship site in Edinburgh through to completion prior to moving to a £70m+ new build project in Glasgow. 

This is a great opportunity to work with a name that is making an impact in the Scottish market and continuing to win large and attractive building schemes across the Edinburgh and Glasgow area. 

A market leading basic salary is on offer as well as a potential to step up on one of the most notable building projects in Scotland throughout 2026 & 2027. 

The employer are looking to establish their roots in Scotland long term so this appointment is a key one for them where they will have room to offer succession planning as the project portfolio in Scotland increases.
